Fine Wines from South America »

These are exciting times in the South American wine countries of Chile and Argentina. Both have winemaking heritage reaching back centuries and are well known for making good wines of good value. But now these countries are turning attention to creating wines of tremendous character, at premium prices. Fabulous French Wines »

The idea of tackling France can feel like a vast, unmanageable task for anyone who wants to start learning about wine. French wines can be confusing because they rarely put the name of the grape on the bottle. The enduring attraction of French wine is not necessarily its volume or prestige, however, but rather the variety of styles available. Today's guide will help you get a little more comfortable in the French section of your wine shop. Phil Coloruso, Presenter.

    Cool Weather Wines »

This time of year some of us are lamenting the end of summer and all the white wines and pink drinks that go with it. We need something more to get us through shorter days: comfort foods and wines to go along with them. At this class you can try the styles of wine you should be drinking as the leaves turn golden and you’re getting ready for the next kickoff. Mark Strassel, presenter.

Delicious Now & Delicious Later: Cellar Worthy Wines »

By and large, most wine drinkers are all about the here and now. When scouring our local bottle shop, we generally focus on the next meal or occasion we will be pairing with our delicious finds. While that’s fine for a good number of bottles on the market—those easygoing offerings that are meant for short-term consumption—there are many wines that deserve a little more time in your wine rack before being enjoyed. Thus, learning what makes wines age-worthy is an important part of a one's education.
