The 2021 Etna Rosso is quite pretty, with a fresh blend of dried roses, black cherries and clove. It's round and soothing in nature with lifted textures and crisp wild berry fruits. Tapering off with a lovely tension, the 2021 finishes with lingering hints of dried strawberry and citrus.
