Andes Plateau Andes Plateau Cota 500 Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 750ml

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Cota 500 comes from the Maule Andes and was aged for 10 months in used barrels. A mild purple hue, the nose features rose and sweet and sour cherry with gentle hints of pyrazine and cinnamon. In the mouth it’s dry and slightly tannic with a finely grained, almost chalky texture and juicy finish. An unusual style for Chile that will improve in the bottle.
