The 2023 Pouilly-Fume is from a blend of parcels combining flint and chalky soils. It is a supple, gently handed style. The 2023 was harvested by hand and spent eight months on lees. This was carefully made with ripe citrus and elderflower flavors on the nose and a fine, chalky finish

A flinty, faintly smoky and reductive nose to start, with ripe citrus, nectarine and pineapple melding together through a deftly contoured midpalate, closing with a chalky and gently bitter finish. Generous but showing finesse and typicity, I really dig it.
