Black raspberries, cassis, spice, and Provençal garrigue and meaty notes all emerge from the 2018 Rasteau Marc. A blend of 50% Grenache and 25% each of Mourvèdre and Syrah, brought up in demi-muids, it’s medium to full-bodied and nicely textured, with beautiful purity and a distinct sense of elegance paired with richness.
