The 2023 Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Spätlese teases with ripe Amalfi lemon peel and summer breezes scented with lemon, carrying the promise of apricot and peach. The palate delivers wonderfully lemon-laced peach compote, utterly aromatic, vividly fruity yet absolutely clear and stony. Lemon peel gives this a wonderful contour and precision.
