An excellent dry cabernet franc rosé with red berries and a touch of fresh red chili. Medium-bodied with good mid-palate generosity, then a gentle touch of tannin supporting the long finish. A 100% cabernet franc, the grapes for which were cold-soaked overnight to get the color. Drink now. Screw cap.
