The 2024 El Muelle de Olaso is a wine that comes from all the plots that are treated with compost and therefore have more vigor and more life, and it extends the life of the plants and is rotated. So, this is a more immediate wine, with more fruit and subtler minerality, from the pagos of Macharnudo and Carrascal. It wants to showcase Palomino, Jerez and the albariza soils, which in a year like 2024 shows more agile and fresh, with 13% alcohol, with Jerez character even at this early stage, tasty, faintly salty. The palate and texture are amazing, with a stunning mid-palate for the price. 47,000 bottles and 240 magnums produced. It was bottled in April 2025.
