About This Wine
Tasting Notes
Pale straw-yellow with light greenish highlights and a fine, persistent effervescence. The nose is delicate and fresh, offering lifted aromas of green apple, Bartlett pear, acacia blossoms, and crisp citrus zest. Light to medium-bodied on the palate with a soft, creamy perlage, it delivers a gentle sweetness of fresh orchard fruit perfectly balanced by lively, mouthwatering acidity, finishing clean, crisp, and pleasantly aromatic.
Producer Notes
Dry, lemony and bubbly with overtones of almond and honey. A pure delight, year round and the attractive glass bottle, brings elegance and charm to this reasonably priced treat. Chill it down and serve as an aperitif and also matches well with calamari and crabmeat dishes.
