Producer Notes
100% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are hand harvested mid August, fermented and aged over lees for at least 2 months in small stainless steel tanks. Tropical aromas of melon and papaya with subtle herbal notes. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with bright white grapefruit and balanced acidity. 12% alcohol. Certified Organic, Vegan, Women-owned
