Ungrafted Ungrafted Semillón Sauvignon Blanc 2023 750ml

The 2025 Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Ungrafted is a 50/50 blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc from Isla de Maipo that was aged for four months in large oak casks (50 hL). The nose opens with white fruit, herbal notes, ripe citrus and a soft touch of chamomile. Dry and fresh, the palate shows vibrant acidity, energy and a smooth texture. Tasty and persistent, it offers a different take on white wines from the Central Valley.

The 2023 Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Ungrafted is a 50-50 blend from Isla de Maipo. Aged for eight months in old oak barrels, this yellow wine with a greenish sheen presents aromas of wet stone, honey and linden blossom. Dry, refreshing and moderately acidic on the palate, it finishes with a final note of rue. This modern white is inspired by Graves, offering a pleasant and refreshing experience. (Joaquín Hidalgo)
