Caramel unfurls on nose and palate, layered with red fruit, plum skin and toffee flavors. The exceedingly long finish offers dried cherry and puckery plum skin, winding into a cinnamon and cayenne glow. This is a single barrel high-rye bourbon, rebarreled in new oak barrels with varying char levels.
