This light and airy Pinot Noir hangs it hat on the kind of acidity that could snap a bear out of hibernation. A tight ball of cherries is surrounded by a savory aromatic tornado of seared steak and grilled portobello mushrooms. A peppy lime flavor eclipses faint cherry and white tea notes.
