Bodega Alemany i Corrio Alemany i Corrio Principia Mathematica 2022 750ml

I love the perfumed, aromatic and elegant nose of the white 2022 Principia Mathematica, a pure Xarel.lo with a moderate 12.1% alcohol and very good freshness and acidity. It's peachy, floral and nuanced, with a serious palate reflecting the limestone soils from Garraf and a very tasty, almost salty finish. It fermented in large barrels and foudres, where it matured for eight months without bâtonnage. 7,800 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2023.
