The NV Brut Rose, a blend of 56% Chardonnay, 23% Pinot Noir, and 21% Pinot Meunier, features base wines fermented in small oak without malolactic conversion and spent five years on lees. It opens with a gentle strawberry notes on the nose, adding slight creaminess over time. The palate, with its beautiful rye bread backdrop, expresses the wine's seriousness with lovely concentration and vivid freshness. Bright fine mousse underlines its inherent elegance and resonance. This is a very classy, slightly smoky, fine pink Champagne. Dosage is 9 grams per liter. Disgorged Februarty 2024.

Fruity and juicy, displaying red berries, blood oranges and some pastry. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity and creamy bubbles. Round and delicious. Drink or hold.
