Bepi Tosolini Amaro Tosolini NV 750ml

Ruddy brown in the glass, this pleasing sipper layers vanilla, chocolate, caramel and cola, finishing herbaceous and mildly bittersweet. Recommended for dessert pairings.

A beautiful Amaro, Tosolini is full bodied and complex, using 15 different Mediterranean herbs and spices which are macerated, stored for four months in ash barrels, then diluted with pure Alps water. It begins with a strong bitter orange flavor, but as it finishes, sweeter orange with an abundance of herbaceous notes of wormwood, rosemary and star anise develop. It’s very mixable but I love it by itself, chilled as an aperitif!
