Daisy is a poster child for minerality. Saline, peach and Golden Delicious apples dominate the wine’s aromatic set. Supporting notes include sunflower seeds and wet pavement and dry chalk. Flavors of apricot and lemon curd join a salty-herbaceous note similar to La Panzanella’s rosemary mini-cracker.
