It screams with the most perfectly ripe, exuberant tropical fruit, plus layers of watermelon, orange peel, fresh herbs and bright, tart cherry-fruited acids. Chalky structure and broad, rich, mouth-coating texture are the signatures. There’s no shortage of grip here. A flicker of savory funk brightens and twists the long, juicy finish.
