From a micro négociant project and all from the rare Italian Soreli grape, the 2022 Ventes Contraires reveals a medium orange color as well as an exotic perfume of orange blossom, candied lemon, toasted nuts, and spice, with an attractive savory, almost meaty character. Medium-bodied on the palate, it’s nicely balanced and has a clean, well-made style and a good finish. (Jeb Dunnuck)
