The 2023 Riesling was harvested across the estate, mainly from Deidesheim and Ruppertsberg, and fermented and aged in stainless steel. The appetizing nose is characterized by a friendly, bright, almost apricot-tinged creaminess. After this creaminess, the palate is surprisingly slender and bare, presenting lemony freshness. <br/><br/>
Dried apricot and nectarine puree aromatics make way for this fresh, lean version, filled out with bitter peach skin and chalky tannins that hold a gentle grip. Dry and mouthwatering on the taut palate. Drink now through 2033.
