Premier’s favorite Cabernet has returned in a softer, more accessible style. Bright red fruit adds vibrancy while the subtle cedar and coffee notes give complexity. Easy-to-drink and very likeable.

This Cabernet has a rich, dark ruby color with aromas of dark berry, plum and cloves. Notes of black cherries and blackberries are very well balanced with a smooth lingering finish. This wine has a reasonable amount of oak and the tannins are evident without being overpowering. Once again, simply delicious. Serve with rack of lamb with a red wine and shallot reduction.
