This is rich, full bodied and packed with ripe fruit. It has weight and concentration, while retaining the light touch of the house style. With its white fruit and apricot flavors, it could age a few years in bottle, though it's drinkable now.

Dark cherries, blackberries, blueberries, dark spices and violets. Full and structured, with nicely chewy tannins that show it’s from Ribera del Duero, but the balance is in check. Fresh and fruit-conscious. Drink or hold.

This matured in French oak barrels for nine months and comes in at 14.3% alcohol, a pH of 3.72 and five grams of acidity. It sets the tone for the winery—serious and austere wines far away from the excess ripeness, extraction and oak. It's powerful, with the character of the wines from the 1980s and early 1990s, what I consider classical Ribera del Duero. It's floral, fruit-driven and juicy, with fine tannins. This is a champion in drinkability.

Despite a challenging, unusually wet growing season and a hot summer, careful vineyard management delivered fresh, highly aromatic wines like the 2024 Bela, with excellent balance, silky tannins and vibrant acidity. The wine is serious and balanced, with restraint and elegance, and it has integrated oak and a classical old-style profile. They managed to tame the power that comes from the abundant clay in Villalba, and they have managed to come to a balance, delivering a wine that is fine-boned and has elegant tannins but is neatly compensated by the acidity. It's very Ribera, and very good at this price point.

An elegant red, with a juicy range of warm plum, mulberry and fig fruit trimmed nicely by light, taut tannins. Fragrant accents of violet, anise, tar and thyme waft through the fruit profile and linger on the finish. Drink now through 2033. 10,000 cases made, 1,000 cases imported.

The 2024 Tempranillo comes from Villalba de Duero, Ribera del Duero, and was aged nine months in new and one-year-old 225-liter French oak barrels. Black and red fruit take center stage, enhanced by the freshness of the vintage. Blackberry, plum, balsamic notes and subtle oak shape the bouquet. Fine tannins support the palate, while a faint herbal note emerges through the finish. Youthful and expressive.

This balanced, medium-bodied red is structured by lightly chalky, taut tannins, layered with a fresh and appealing mix of mulberry, black plum, herbed olive and graphite notes. Drink now through 2027. 40,000 cases made, 5,000 cases imported.
