The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc was matured in 25% new French oak and stainless steel. It has pretty aromas of white peaches, tarragon, candle smoke, beeswax and gravel dust. The light-bodied palate has a gently creamy texture to temper its bright, juicy fruit. It’s laced with candle smoke and mineral character and has a long, flavorful finish. This style — neither overly herbal or tropical — is easy to drink! 128 cases were made.

Medium-bodied and lush with tropical aromas, the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc North Coast pours a bright straw hue, with a perfume of passionfruit, citrus blossoms, and grapefruit. Softly textured and pithy on the palate, it is savory with fresh herbs and a refreshing saline touch to balance things out nicely. It’s perfect for youthful summer drinking. (Audrey Frick)
