Named for Booker Noe’s eccentric hobby of tinkering with pipes at the Beam Distillery in Boston, Kentucky. Fragrant and buttery on a warm and inviting nose—fresh cornmeal, French toast, raspberry jam, fiery spice, and oak. The palate is also sweet, buttery, and flavorful, bursting with baked berries, vanilla, ample spice, and drying oats.
