Medium amber color with orange highlights. Nose is much more mature but less spicy than the regular bottling of Captain Morgan. In the mouth, it tastes of vanilla extract and oak; the spices don’t overlap with the sweet sugary rum. Aftertaste flavors include Sherry and butterscotch. Serve on the rocks with a twist of lemon.
