The 2019 Zinfandel Dry Creek Valley offers a slightly darker, more exotic style in its plum, blueberry, and black cherry-like fruits as well as damp earth, bouquet garni, and toasted spice. It’s another beautifully balanced, elegant wine from Officer, yet there are enough tannins to warrant a year or two of bottle age.
