Tasting Notes

Deep ruby-purple with a luminous garnet rim. High-toned and beautifully expressive on the nose, revealing intense aromas of ripe blackberry, wild fig, and black cherry reduction, complemented by aromatic thyme, rosemary, lavender, cracked black pepper, and wet limestone. Full-bodied yet seamless and refined on the palate, it delivers a dense core of black fruit balanced by lively, chalky acidity, ultra-fine silken tannins, and a saline, mineral-driven finish of tremendous length.
