The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate opens slowly, with a brooding mix of dried black cherries and cedary spice. It's soft and round with mineral-tinged red fruits, yet I crave more depth. It finishes with grippy tannins and a lingering licorice note.<br/><br/>
