The nose opens with intense aromas of ripe wild strawberry, fresh raspberry, redcurrant, stewed fruits, and a delicate touch of baking spice. On the palate, a soft, indulgent entry yields to lively red berry purity, subtle vinous structure, and fine-grained effervescence developed from 34 months of lees aging in underground cellars. The finish is long, fresh, and elegantly structured, leaving lingering red-fruit character and subtle stony minerality.
