Claverie Claverie Bordeaux Blanc 2024 750ml

Tasting Notes

Bright pale straw with subtle green highlights in the glass, this electric white Bordeaux opens with pungent, high-toned aromatics of pink grapefruit, lime zest, green apple, and lemongrass, underlaid by nuances of fresh passion fruit and crushed gravel minerality. The palate is dry, light-to-medium-bodied, and razor-sharp, framing snappy citrus and herbal flavors with a mouthwatering spine of energetic acidity contributed by the small addition of Colombard. Fermented and aged entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel to accentuate pure varietal purity and gravelly soil focus, it concludes with a long, bone-dry, and zesty finish.
