The 2022 Château d'Arsac takes a couple of minutes to find its groove, but it's a couple of minutes worth waiting for as this Margaux finds impressive delineation and focus, with mineral black fruit tinged with cedar and cassis. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant, saturated tannins, though the acidity keeps this intense Margaux on an even keel. Fans out with conviction on the finish. After the 2021, this is Château d'Arsac back to form.
