Including slightly more Grenache, the 2020 Minervois La Livinière La Touge is 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache aged mostly in concrete tanks, with 30% in barrels. Peppery herbs, violets, and ripe back fruits all emerge from this forward, textured, balanced red that's already hard to resist. (Jeb Dunnuck)
