Producer Notes
The Mosaic is an intriguing blend of the great indigenous grapes from their town of Goumenissa as well as Cabernet and Merlot. It’s a brisk, lighter-bodied red that, slightly chilled, is a perfect complement to fresh and easy summer cuisine! The Chatzivaritis family makes organic, naturally, fermented wines in a maritime climate in northeast Greece near Macedonia, with daughter Chloi recently taking over all winemaking.
