Pristine, spring water appearance; impeccable clarity. The initial nosings after the pour present the olfactory bulb with an elegant, vegetal, dry and altogether pleasant vodka fragrance; following another seven minutes in the glass, the bouquet turns a shade sweeter and far more potato-y, all the while maintaining its gracefulness. Entry is dusty dry, alluringly viscous, and is substantial in the mouth; midpalate features tastes of unsalted potato chip, potato peel, and fresh spirit. Aftertaste is brief, lightly oily, and blessedly dry and therefore superb for cocktail mixing.
