The 2021 Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast) is a new wine, and what a wine it is! The purity of the fruit is just striking. Ross Cobb blended five sites and several clones to craft this exquisite, vibrant Pinot Noir. Crushed flowers, bright red-toned fruit, orange peel and spice all race across the palate. Medium ruby, the 2021 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast has an attractive floral perfume of candied roses, wild berries, lifted orange zest, and clove. On the palate, this medium-bodied red is fresh with notes of dusty earth, fresh pomegranate, and cherry, fine tannins, and a clean finish. Charming and refreshing now, it will remain enjoyable over the next 5–6 years. Drink 2023–2028. (Audrey Frick)
