The palate is mouthwatering, savory, and beautifully textured, seamlessly balancing vibrant citrus fruit and honeyed orchard notes against a cool, flinty mineral core. Fermentation split between stainless steel and large Slavonian oak imparts a subtle, rounded mouthfeel and structural complexity without masking the variety's inherent herbal freshness, driving through a long, persistent, sea-salt finish.
