Tasting Notes

In the glass, this Gran Reserva shows a brilliant ruby color with russet and brick-red highlights. The nose opens with aromas of ripe red fruit and dried fruit interwoven with toasted oak, coconut, vanilla, and sweet baking spice, evolving into tertiary notes of leather, cedar, and wet earth as it breathes. The palate features a textured medium-full body balanced by crisp natural acidity, round silky tannins, and no effervescence, supported by 24 months of aging in American and French oak barrels followed by 36 months of bottle refinement. It finishes long, savory, and complex, displaying notable aging potential over 8 to 12 years.
