Distilled in a direct-fired, all-copper Stupfler alambic still (a high tech pot still), the DH Krahn has a really nice combination of botanicals — Italian juniper, Moroccan coriander, California lemons and grapefruit, Florida oranges and Thai ginger. Overall, this gin is spicy and savory, giving warmth from the ginger, finishing smooth with a touch of lemongrass. A perfect gin for martinis.
