Producer Notes
In its red form, it shines with the purple hues characteristic of Pinot Noir, often tending towards a deep garnet (bright cherry in its youth). Its aromas are classically expressed with notes of cherry, redcurrant, and blackcurrant, along with hints of undergrowth, mushroom, and spice (cinnamon).
