A blend of 65% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsaut, the 2020 Chateauneuf-du-Pape spent one year in a combination of foudre and stainless steel tanks. It displays aromas of cooked raspberry, strawberry, black cherry and hints of cured meat. Medium to full-bodied and layered, balanced by lively acidity, it closes with a moderately long finish.
