The 2020 Fixin Vieilles Vignes, which comes from two parcels averaging 70-years, utilizing 70% whole bunch, has a well-defined bouquet with sous-bois and light chalky notes percolating through the bright black fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins, fine acidity, taut and fresh with a lively but very controlled finish. Very fine, very classy.
