2021 vintage
The 2021 Chablis L'Homme Mort 1er Cru comprises two demi-muids this year. It has a crisp apple blossom and kiwi fruit scented bouquet that has a pleasing strictness. The palate is well balanced with a touch of extract than other cuvées due to the thicker skins. Good weight, quite dense with a saline finish. Very fine.
