The 2023 Cairanne Maximilien offers smoky red and black fruits, peppery herbs, earth, and leather in a medium-bodied, elegant, very pretty profile with solid depth. This blend of 50% Grenache, 35% Mourvèdre, and 15% Syrah beautifully showcases the fresher, focused, yet still ripe style of the vintage. Hand-harvested and aged nine months in concrete tanks, it will drink well for 5-7 years.
