The 2024 Bourgogne Aligoté has a pretty, quite understated, perfumed bouquet with hints of peach skin loitering in the wings.<br/>The palate is well balanced and what I appreciate is that Sylvain has caputured that all-important textural aspect of Aligoté, as it clings to the tongue. Lovely.
