The 2020 Gaisböhl G.C. is clear and quite tropical on the mangoe and passion fruit-scented nose. Dense, lush and juicy on the palate, this is a generous, refined and elegant Riesling with intense and tightly woven fruit intermingled with salt, grip, finesse and persistent salinity. Although pretty accessible, this is a long-distance runner that will benefit from further bottle age. 12.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in November 2022.
