In 2014, Martin Foradori Hofstatter, the Pinot pioneer of Alto Adige and Riesling raver, had the opportunity to revitalize a historic Mosel estate, Weingut Dr. Fischer, known for their steeply sloped and curved vineyards the surround the town of Ockfen.
