In the glass, this wine presents a luminous ruby color. The nose opens with inviting aromatics of fresh red berries, ripe cherry, strawberry, subtle dried herbs, earthy mushroom undertones, black pepper, and delicate vanilla spice from French oak aging. The palate exhibits a balanced medium body with lively, driving acidity, silky fine-grained tannins, and no effervescence, backed by 12 months of French oak maturation (20% new) that adds structure and length to a pure red fruit finish. It offers notable medium-term cellar potential over 5 to 10 years.
