Famille Descombe Famille Descombe Chablis 'Les Oiseaux' 2023 750ml

Tasting Notes

In the glass, this wine exhibits a pale straw hue with greenish reflections. The nose is crisp and aromatic, featuring crushed seashell, lemon zest, white peach, and fresh green apple. The palate features a light-medium body, high and driving acidity, no tannin, and no effervescence, balanced by an un-oaked stainless steel maturation that emphasizes chalky minerality and a long, energetic finish. It offers immediate drinking appeal with short-term aging potential over 2 to 4 years.
