The 2022 Fattoria Paradiso Barbarossa "Lo Spungone" is a distinctive, organic red wine produced in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy under the Forlì IGT classification. Made from the rare and obscure Barbarossa grape variety. The light to medium bodied wine strikes a unique balance between vibrant fruit concentration and Earthy complexity with expressive aromas of bright, juicy red fruits (such as raspberry, cranberry, and red cherry) alongside savory kitchen herbs and distinct mineral undertones with prominent, high acidity and lively, approachable tannins.
