This Pinot Noir features aromas of bright red fruit and warm spice character. Flavors of raspberry, red currant and sun-ripened blackberry are supported by subtle oak. The palate is complex and juicy, with a bright acid that carries through to a graceful finish. Forbes Creek wines are sourced from sunny California, where the cool Pacific breezes temper the late afternoon heat. California has a warm, consistent growing season, which allows the grapes grown here to spend an ideal amount of hangtime on the vine and develop fully ripened fruit flavors with excellent balance of structure, acid and fruit – vintage after vintage.
